It's time again to Recycle for Art! Help Jefferson Elementary’s visual arts classes by donating unwanted items from home. The purpose of Recycle for Art! is to help provide students the opportunity to create mixed-media artwork: assemblages, collages, and sculpture. Students can either directly bring donations to Ms. Manges or place the items in the Recycle for Art! tin can at the right-side entrance of the art classroom. Any questions can be sent to .

"Kids Heart Challenge," formerly "Jump Rope For Heart," takes place during the
month of February for most WCS elementary students during their P.E. classes. Students will participate in jump-rope activities while raising awareness and money for the American Heart Association. Raising money is optional—everyone will get to jump rope!
