WARSAW, IN - Warsaw Community High School (WCHS) Student Council will hold its annual homecoming parade at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025.
The parade will feature the WCHS official homecoming court and floats representing the wide range of clubs and sports at WCHS. This year’s theme, Dancing Through Decades, invites spectators to join the fun by dressing as a character or individual from their favorite decade.
Serving as Grand Marshals are Rebecca Johnston and Ginger Wray. Both recently retired after decades of service in the WCHS English Department, where they inspired and supported countless students through their dedication to teaching and learning.
The parade will begin at the WCHS Performing Arts Center parking lot, travel to Union Street, then proceed right onto Market Street, left onto Indiana Street, left onto Main Street, and left onto Columbia Street, ending at the corner of Columbia and Market Streets. Floats will return to the PAC parking lot following the parade. Candy will be distributed along the route.
Following the parade, the Tigers will take on Concord at 7 p.m. at Fisher Field. The homecoming court will be announced at halftime. Tickets may be purchased online through the WCHS Athletic Office website or at the gate.
