Culinary Arts Hospitality I class finished their management unit with a tasty exercise. Each student (the manager) had to instruct a blindfolded student (the employee) through the steps of making an ice cream sundae. Chef Bragg was a blindfolded employee with student as his manager. The class had a lot of fun with this project.
